This spacious sea view apartments with 2 separate en-suite bedrooms can accommodate up to six people. It's located on the ground floor of an apartment building with a separate entrance, an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with large sea view windows and access to a L-shaped terrace suitable for outdoor dining and chilling out enjoying the stunning views of the open Adriatic sea and islands Mrkan and Bobara.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, both en-suite and air conditioned, of which one has a double king size bed (with en-suite bathroom and washing machine), and the other one a double queen size bed and two single beds (with en-suite shower room). There is an additional air conditioning unit in the ktchen/lounge diner area as the apartment is south-west facing and gets sun most of the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, stove top, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and big fridge.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are supplied.
Free parking is provided on site.
Supermarket, nearest restaurant and bus stop (buses operate to Dubrovnik regularly) are located just about 5 minutes' walk away from the apartment.

Although it's location is up hill above the cliffs, so typical for Mediterranean the apartment is located within walking distance from the town center and beach (15-30 minutes walk).

There is a house keeper living within the same house in a flat next to the apartment who looks after the apartment and its guests (meeting on arrival with keys, check in etc)

The apartment has floor heating and suitable for rentals in winter months.
