This lovely 3-bedroom cottage is approached directly from the palm-lined promenade via a cobbled pathway with a few steps, through a walled entrance with about 10 steps leading into a patio area with nice outdoor furniture suitable for dining. A small flight of stairs leads to the main entrance door to the house. Guest enter directly into an open plan lounge/diner with a fitted partially separated kitchen on one side and a small shower room one other. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the first floor which features two double bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double), one single bedroom (with a single bed and a single sofa bed/mattress for extra person) and a separate shower room. There is one air conditioning unit on the upper floor.
The terrace area has table and chairs for outdoor dining.
WiFi internet is available and free of charge.

This stone cottage is located in the pedestrian and quiet area within easy walking distance of Cavtat's cafes, restaurants and beaches. The accommodation would suit a family or group of adults.

Parking is possible on the main car park area (cca 300m of the cottage) at a special rate for week stays.
