This lovely duplex apartment is entered via courtyard and situated along the first and top floor. The apartment owner lives on the ground floor - underneath the apartment.
On the first level there is a separate double bedroom, a shower room and a kitchenette/lounge/diner area. The most beautiful part of the apartment is its spacious terrace offering guests stunning panoramic views of the red roofs and Luka bay. On the upper level there is a gallery where is a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room. The apartment is air conditioned and equipped with a sat TV, a hairdryer and free WiFi internet connection.
Microwave and iron/ironing board are available upon request.
A lovely beach suitable for small children is just 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment.

The nearest way from the main promenade to the apartment is via pedestrian street with about 150 steps (not suitable for people with walking difficulties). There is an alternative but a bit longer way up the hill with just a few steps.

Due to the interior layout of the apartment it would not be suitable for families with small children up to 12 years old.

This apartment would suit a family or two couples wishing to have 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.
