This modern apartment is situated on the ground floor floor of a new-built family run apartment-house just a minute from the town center.

The apartment consists of a separate double bedroom with two beds and large wardrobe, a kitchen/diner/lounge area with a sofa that can be used as extra sleeping place for one adult or two children, a good sized patio/terrace suitable for outdoor dining and sunbathing and a shower room.

WiFi, Sat TV and Air condition are available and included in the price. There is a laundry which all guests can use at an extra fee of 10 euro per wash. Private parking is provided on site.

There are two apartments on the ground floor - Lilac and Orange (please check the photos and rates).
Lilac apartment is more spacious and has nicer and quieter terrace then Orange apartment.
